Boiled to Iridescence

In this series, I explore the free floating body, a prison and a funhouse, reassembled, boiled to iridescence, a temporary skin brimming with desire and death. I use the medium of watercolor, because it conveys something of the translucence of skin that conveys our fragility, the grotesqueness of our bodies, their animated contortions and entanglements. I imagine us as hybrid creature constantly reassembling ourselves.
